摘要
目的探讨胸腰椎压缩性骨折不同效果。方法收集2011年8月至2013年10月胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者78例资料,将患者随机分为对照组39例患者给予常规护理,观察组39例患者给予综合性护理干预,比较两组患者的满意度。结果观察组患者护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的治疗中,能减少或避免并发症的发生,减轻患者痛苦,可促进患者康复及提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods From 2011 August to 2013 October of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in 78 patients,were randomly divided into the group of 39 patients in the control group received routine nursing,39 patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients satisfaction.Results Patients in the observation group nurses＇ job satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture patients,to reduce or avoid the occurrence of complications,reduce patient pain,can promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life.
