摘要
利用扫描电镜分析、能谱分析、抗拉强度分析,研究了静置时间对Sb、Te联合变质ZL101A的影响。结果表明,随着静置时间的延长,ZL101A合金的组织不断细化,45 min后,变质效果达到最佳,合金的抗拉强度也从298 MPa增加到329 MPa,随着时间的延长,变质效果没有衰退现象。
Studied effects of standing time on ZL 101A alloy modified with a Te-Sb composite modltier byusing SEM. EDS and Tensile test analysis. The study suggests that the microstructure of the alloy become morerefiner with standing time prolonging, and the effects of modification reach peak after 45 min, tensile strengthof the alloy improved from 298 MPa to 329 MPa. The modification effects don't decline with the standing timeprolonging.
