摘要
Cr12MoV钢作为冷作模具钢广泛应用于模具制造业,其制造工艺为铸-锻-加工-热处理。本文探索以铸代锻生产大型矫直辊工艺,经特殊热处理工艺,辊身表面硬度和金相组织能满足矫直辊使用技术要求。
Crl2MoV steel as Cold Die Steel wide application in industry and stencil manufacturing, itsmanufactured process： Casting-Forging-Machining- Heat treatment. This exploration as foundry instead of forgingmanufacture craft of heavy straightening roller, By special heat treating process, The results that the hardness andmicrostrueture structure have met specification of straightening roller.
