摘要
通过对常规铸钢件变形机理的研究,阐述了环形、半圆形及片状铸钢件变形特征。通过对实践经验的总结,提出了此三类铸钢件在整个铸钢生产过程中变形控制及预防的措施,还重点阐述了不同形状的铸钢件如何进行变形的校正处理。
This article based on the research of mechanism of deformation of conventional casting steel.And we expound the deformation characteristics of three shapes of castings, such as circular, semicircle and sheetsteels. Through the summary of practical experience, we made clear the three kinds of steel in the whole processof cast steel production and how to make better control and prevention of deformation. This article also expoundshow to carry out the correction processing of deformation of the different shapes of steel.
