摘要
介绍一种芯盒同步顶杆自动补偿结构设计,并详细阐述了此结构在模具中的实施方式及优点。实践证明采用此种芯盒同步顶杆自动补偿结构,有效克服了制芯机同步顶杆过长而造成生产经常中断的问题。
In order to guarantee good quality and efficiency a type of synchronization return pin with selffeeding structure is introduced ,as well as its advantage and method to implement it. Practice proved this structreovercome the frequently occurred problem that the production was breakdown by the broken of the return pin dueto its overlong length.
