摘要
从消失模板材生产过程入手,进行全程参数跟踪,后续分析汇总,得出与消失模板材质量相关的过程控制点,进行工艺试验得出规律,制定相应的解决措施,形成工艺规范,指导消失模板材的生产,使消失模模样的质量趋于稳定。
After long time analysing of lost foam material production and empirical data, we concluded the regular and quality controlling point of the producting preriod ,then we formed the process specification to ensure the quality and output .All the information were writen in this passage which can be a reference of the industry.
