目的:分析间接免疫荧光法检测呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染结果,为本地区儿童感染RSV提供详细的研究数据。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法对2009-2010年化州地区急性呼吸道感染患儿的21 458份咽拭子样本进行检测,分析RSV感染结果。结果:间接免疫荧光法检测RSV感染,特异性以及敏感度均较高,与其他呼吸道病毒无交叉反应。2009年共有临床标本10 477例,经间接免疫荧光法检测,RSV感染阳性检测率为9.73%。RSV感染阳性检测率有2个高峰,分别为每年的2月和12月,阳性率为11%。临床中<6岁的幼儿RSV的感染最高。结论:间接免疫荧光法具有检测方便,特异性及敏感度高等优点,可用于临床对RSV感染的检测。
