摘要 以切花红掌嫩叶为外植体,研究不同质量浓度外源激素对红掌愈伤组织、不定芽诱导、增殖、生根各阶段的影响.结果表明:1/2MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L+TDZ 1 mg/L为叶片愈伤组织和不定芽诱导最佳培养基;MS+6-BA 0.7 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L为增殖最佳培养基;1/2MS+IAA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为生根最佳培养基;相对湿度为80%,温度为20∽25℃,基质含水量为60%是红掌移栽炼苗的的关键,成活率可达95%.对比5个新品种得出:"塞隆"最易形成愈伤组织,"玫瑰"分化效果最好,生根均较容易. The young anthurium leaves as explant with different hormones were studied to induce callus, adventitious buds,proliferation, rooting and transplanting,respectively. The results showed that: 1/2MS+6-BA2 mg/L +NAA1 mg/L+TDZ 1mg/L was the best medium for the leaf callus and adventitious roots induction; MS +6- BA0.7 mg / L + IAA0.5 mg / L was the best medium for proliferation; 1/2MS + IAA0.3 mg / L + NAA0.2 mg / L was the best rooting medium. 80% humidity, 20-25 ℃and 60% moisture content was the key to survival after petard transplanted. In the five new varieties, "Theron" was easiest to form callus,"Rose"was the best tissue differentiation, all of them were easy to form roots.
