摘要
介绍了发热纤维/棉/黏胶多组分喷气纺纱线的开发工艺,结果表明,并条时采用"大隔距、重加压、低速度"的工艺原则;喷气纺纱时适当降低总牵伸和主牵伸倍数,放大隔距,加重加压,调慢车速等。纺出的18.5 dtex 60/20/20/发热纤维/棉/黏胶多组分喷气纱,单纱强力较同等线密度的环锭纱低,但其他方面性能较好。
This paper introduced the properties of Heat Generating Fibers and spinning process of Heat Generating Fibers/Cotton/Viscose Multi-component Air-jet yarn. The spinning parameters are also introduced in this study. The results show that Larger gauges, heavier pressure and lower speed was adopted in drawing process. Lower total draft and main draw ratio, larger gauges, heavier pressure and lower vehicle speed was adopted in Air-jet spinning. Finally 60/20/20/Heat Generating Fibers/Cotton/Viscose Multi-component Air-jet yarn can be produced. The results showed that the strength of Air-jet yarn is lower than that of ring yarn with same diameter, but other properties were better than that of ring yarn.
