纤维的纤度对纺黏法非织造布的均匀度、遮盖性和机械物理性能有重大的影响。选择合适的原料,降低单孔流量,提高牵伸速度,提高熔体和冷却风温度,设备改造等是改善纤维细度的常用措施。
The fiber fineness have an significant influence on the uniformity, coverage and mechanical properties of spunbonded nonwovens. Selecting suitable raw materials, reducing the single hole flow,improving the drawing speed, improving melt and cooling air temperature, equipment modification, etc,are commonly used measures to improve fiber fineness.
