中国民主的价值偏差与话语建构——基于三种民主观念的评判

On Value Deviations and Discourse Construction of Democracy in China——Based on Judging Three Kinds of the Concept of Democracy

在当今世界,民主政治已经成为人类孜孜以求的价值目标而风靡全球,世界各国都处于民主化的征途中。自新中国建立以来,中国的民主政治发展已经取得了巨大的成就。但是,当下中国民主观念上存在着"民主选举论"、"民主西方论"、"民主速成论"等三种主要认识倾向,其突出的误区就是"民主要素单一化"、"民主模式标签化"以及"民主道路超前化"。评判和澄清各种价值偏差的表现和危害,分析民主构成要素、民主决定因素以及民主阶段发展等主要内容,有利于拨开民主认识的迷雾,提炼和建构中国的民主话语体系,推动中国特色社会主义民主政治健康有序运转。

Democratic political development of China has made great achievements since the establishment of New China. But there are three recognition tendencies on concept of democracy, namely ＂election of democracy＂, ＂westernized democracy ＂ and ＂crash on democracy＂. Their salient mistakes are that they think democracy comprises a single element, the western-style democracy is a template all countries must conform to when construct their own democracy and they can go beyond the existing stage to develop democracy. This article judges and clarifies the various performances and harms of value deviations, analyzes constituents, determinants and phased development of democracy to poke dense fog exiting in understanding democracy, refine and construct our own democratic discourse system, and hope to prompt socialist democratic politics to operate healthily and orderly.
