摘要
目前用于网络覆盖质量分析的MR信息,主要是主服务小区的接收信号码功率(RSCP)、信干噪比(Ec/Io),依据这些取值,可以统计出弱覆盖小区、干扰差小区等问题,再结合用户投诉和路测结果,从而能够确定存在覆盖问题的地理区域。但是终端上报的原始MR数据其实可以包括更多的信息,这些信息对于准确定位覆盖质量问题具有重要的辅助作用,本文对于综合利用MR原始数据支撑网络规划与优化的多种方法进行了研究,并给出了实施方案。
The MR information used in the network coverage quality analysis mainly includes the RSCP and Ec/Io of primary serving cells.Based on the information, the weak coverage or strong interference cells can be got. The above results further combined with customer complaints information and driving test information can deduce the area with bad coverage. However, in fact the MR of UE can include more information that is most helpful in locating coverage problems. The comprehensive utilization of original WCDMA MR is discussed, furthermore the implementation plan is provided.
