2014 Updates in Medications of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: A Review of Clinical Evidence

复苏药物的使用是对心跳骤停患者抢救中的重要环节,然而当前的复苏药物在改善心跳骤停预后中的作用仍缺乏充分的临床证据,相关实验室研究虽然仍存在一定的局限,但也取得了一定的发现和进展。现对2014年以来关于复苏药物的临床研究和实验室研究进行了综述,对研究现状进行了归纳,并对今后的研究前景进行了展望。

Drug treatment is animportant part in the rescuing of sudden cardiac arrest. Current evident is not sufficient enough to show the beneficial effects of medications on improving the outcomes of cardiac arrest. On the other hand,some new therapeutic targets or potential drugs are shown by a series of relevant laboratory investigations. We therefore review the clinical and laboratory studies and the research results are updated to December 2014,and show some new insights for further studies.
