经皮左心耳封堵术在心房颤动中应用的研究进展

Research Progress of Percutaneous Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion in Application of Atrial Fibrillation

心房颤动是心律失常中最常见的疾病之一,其最主要的危害是血栓形成,是引起缺血性卒中的主要原因之一。经导管射频消融术对绝大部分非瓣膜病性心房颤动患者仍然无法根除,且成功率低,复发率高,抗凝药物治疗则存在达标率低,长期依从性差,具有较严重的不良反应。鉴于非瓣膜病性心房颤动患者90%以上的血栓来源于左心耳,故经皮左心耳封堵术可成为预防心房颤动血栓事件的有效替代治疗方式。现就经皮左心耳封堵术在心房颤动中的应用进展进行综述。

Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common diseases of arrhythmia,the main outcome is thrombosis,which is one major cause of ischemic stroke. Not all non-valvular atrial fibrillation（ AF） patients can be cured by radiofrequency catheter ablation with low success rate and high recurrence rate. The compliance rate of anticoagulant therapy is very low for AF patients with serious side effect. Based on the fact that more than 90% of embolus in non-valvular AF patients comes from left atrial appendage,percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion may be an effective alternative treatment for prevention of thromboembolic events in AF patients. This article reviews the latest randomized controlled trials about AF.
