超声心动图技术在提高心脏再同步化治疗疗效上的应用 被引量:7

摘要 心力衰竭患者普遍存在不同程度的心脏不同步运动,心脏再同步化治疗作为治疗心力衰竭的非药物治疗,近年来受到了较大的重视。超声心动图在心脏再同步化治疗中及提高心脏再同步化治疗的疗效上具有重大作用。现就超声心动图在患者术前同步性评估、指导心脏再同步化治疗电极植入、心脏再同步化治疗术后疗效评估及随访参数优化等方面进行综述。 Heart failure patients generally have some degrees of dyssynchrony in cardiac movement. Cardiac resynchronization therapy as a treatment in treating heart failure without drugs has been gotten greater attention in recent years. Echocardiography in the cardiac resynchronization therapy and improving the efficacy has a major role. This paper make a review about echocardiogram in assessment of synchronicity in preoperative time,guidance of implanting CRT electrodes,assessment of CRT efficacy and parameter optimization in postoperative time.
