摘要
自从20世纪70年代,经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术应用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性患者的临床治疗中,经过数十年的临床经验积累,不同类型的冠心病患者的介入术治疗得到了极大的发展。现将对ST段抬高型心肌梗死、非ST段抬高型急性冠状动脉综合征、稳定型心绞痛、老年冠心病以及女性冠心病患者的介入术治疗的进展做一综述,以供同行参考。
Since the 70 th of last century,for the first time in the angioplasty applied to the clinical treatment of coronary sclerosis patients,after decades of accumulated experience,the different types of coronary artery disease,interventional percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty treatment has been greatly developed. This article will be ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome,progress unstable angina,coronary heart disease,and women with coronary heart disease in elderly patients with interventional therapy present an overview for reference.
