摘要
近年来123I-间碘苄胍交感神经成像技术在心血管领域特别是在心脏自主神经研究方面应用越来越广泛,其在评价心脏交感神经的分布和功能方面有重要价值。随着交感神经成像技术在心血管方面研究的深入,尤其在心律失常中的应用,将有助于心律失常的诊断、治疗和预后的判断。现就123I-间碘苄胍交感神经成像在心律失常中的应用、局限性、前景等方面进行系统评价。
Recently,Iodine-123-metaiodobenzylguanidine scintigraphy technology has been widely applied in cardiovascular field,especially in the study of cardiac autonomic nerve. It has significant value in the evaluation of distribution and function of cardiac sympathetic nerve. With the deepening study of iodine-123-metaiodobenzylguanidine scintigraphy technology in cardiovascular field,espeacially in the application of arrhythmias,it plays an important role in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of arrhythmias. This article mainly reviews the systematic valuation of iodine-123-metaiodobenzylguanidine scintigraphy in arrhythmias’ application,limitation and prospect.
