心肌梗死后室间隔缺损的治疗时机与策略

Treatment Timing and Strategies of Post-myocardial Infarction Ventricular Septal Rupture

心肌梗死后室间隔缺损是心肌梗死的严重并发症,即使在外科手术的干预下,仍有较高的病死率。临床上对其诊治的时机和方法仍有争议。现就目前研究,将关于心肌梗死后室间隔缺损治疗的时机和方法做一综述。

Post-myocardial infarction ventricular septal rupture,despite advances in surgical intervention,still remain a severe complication of myocardial infarction. The treatment timing and strategies of it are still controversial. Regarding the present studies,I give a review of this issue.
