摘要 在金属切削液配方优选过程中,存在性能指标要求多、难以选择等问题。采用熵权法计算各性能指标的权重系数,并根据灰色局势决策法的基本原理,建立了金属切削液配方决策模型。以环境友好型金属切削液配方为例,研究所建模型在金属切削液配方优选中的适用性。结果表明,该决策模型应用于金属切削液配方优选中是切实可行的,为获取良好性价比的金属切削液配方提供了一种科学、合理、有效的决策方法,并丰富了国内金属切削液配方技术,因而具有较高的应用价值。 Aiming at the metal cutting fluid formulation optimization exist more performance requirements, select dif- ficulty and other issues. Entropy method is used to determine the each performance index weight coefficient, and the metal cutting fluid formulation decision - making model is constructed according to the basic principle of gray situation decision method. Taking the environment - friendly metal cutting fluid formula as an example, the applicability of constructed model in metal cutting fluid formulation optimization is studied. The results show that, the decision model is practicable to using in metal cutting fluid formulation optimization, a scientific, rational and effective decision -making method is provided to obtain a good cost - effective metal cutting fluid formulation, and enrich the formulation technology of domestic metal cut- ting fluid, so it has high applied value.
