摘要
通过电火花线切割加工7CrSiMnMoV模具钢,对线切割加工电参数和工件表面的变质层进行了研究。利用正交试验的方法对加工电参数进行了优化,电参数优化后的工件表面质量得到提高。在此基础上观察分析了7CrSiMnMoV模具钢线切割后变质层的微观形貌和显微组织,并利用X射线衍射仪对线切割加工试样表面变质层的物相进行了分析。
This paper focuses on the 7CrSiMnMoV mold steel which is processed by wire electrical discharge machi- ning (WEDM). The electrical parameters of WEDM and the affected layer on the processed parts surface were researched. The orthogonal experiment method was applied to optimize the electrical parameters, and improve the surface quality of ma- chined parts. The characteristics of affected layer were studied through observing and analyzing the micro - morphology and micro -structure of 7CrSiMnMoV die steel process surface, and the X -ray diffraction was used to analyze the phase of af- fected layer.
