摘要 基于计算机辅助设计的产品设计平台,在总结机电产品一般性设计方法的基础上,应用模块化设计的办法,搭建了滚珠丝杠副的计算机辅助设计平台。提出滚珠丝杠副计算机辅助平台模块化设计的一般性步骤,基于Solid Works API二次开发技术,以Visual Basic编程语言和Access数据库为工具,结合层次分析法,开发出集计算、选用与输出的计算机辅助平台,使得滚珠丝杠副的设计与选用过程在计算机上得以实现。 It is based on product design platform of computer aided design, and summarizing the general design meth- od of mechanical and electrical products, applying the method of modular design, set up a computer aided design for the ball screws platform. Put forward the ball screws general steps of computer aided platform modular design. The platform was developed by using secondary development technique of SolidWorks API and Visual Basic programming language and Access database as tools. Combined with the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), develop a set of calculation, selection and output of computer aided platform.
