摘要
通过弧齿锥齿轮加工方法的分析建立齿轮加工坐标系,根据曲面啮合原理及旋转投影原理,建立弧齿锥齿轮的齿面数学模型。利用数学软件MATLAB计算出齿面点的三维坐标,通过坐标在Pro/E中建立三维曲面模型,为弧齿锥齿轮的设计与加工提供了一定的参考依据。
Through analysing the processing method of spiral bevel gears, the equation of tooth surface was proposed according to the meshing principle and rotating projection principle. With the mathematical model of tooth surface of spiral bevel gear,three dimensional coordinate of points on the tooth surface was calculated by MATLAB and then 3D surface model was established by Pro/E. It can provid some reference for the designing and manufacturing of spiral bevel gear.
