摘要 汽轮机低压转子动叶装配扭转量测量是汽轮机制造装配的重要环节。在综合考虑精度、效率、经济性三方面后,设计出一种传感器(电源)—信号调理设备—采集卡—计算机(软件)的测量系统。在软件环节,基于LabVIEW设计了测量界面和主程序,并嵌入了MATLAB进行算法简化,使系统具有高可靠性和便于维护的特点。 The torsion measurement for steam turbine LP rotor rotating blade is a critical part in steam turbine manu- facturing and assembly. In this paper, considering the accuracy of measuring, efficiency and economy, a measuring system consisting of displacement sensors (power supply), a signal conditioner, a data acquisition card and computer software is designed. The software has excellent reliability and maintainability as measuring windows and main program is designed by LabVIEW and MATLAB is embedded to simplify the alzorithm.
