摘要
针对离散型生产车间质量控制水平存在差异性问题以及数字化制造环境的跨平台运行特点,提出了在Web环境下质量数据实时传递、处理,质量状态在线控制的系统模式,分析了系统功能体系结构,并运用SPC(Statistical Process Control)理论和Web服务技术开发了动态质量控制系统。重点介绍了质量控制服务功能的实现方法,通过应用验证了基于Web服务的质量控制系统的可行性,从而使数字化车间的质量控制系统实现网络化和集成化。
According to the problem of different quality control levels in discrete manufacturing workshops and the features of digital manufacturing that running on multi - platforms, a system pattern within a Web manufacturing environ- ment is proposed, which integrated real -time data transfer, data processing and quality status on -line controlling. Mean- while, corresponding functional modules and framework are discussed. Quality control system is developed by applying sta- tistical process control theory and Web service technique, It highlights the implement of quality control service. Demon- strate the rationality and validity of the quality control system based on Web services. Thus making the digital workshop quality control system realize networking and integration.
