摘要
分析了加工中心工作精度检验国家标准GB/T 20957.7-2007存在的问题,并提出一些修改建议。通过加工大量试件并对这些试件进行了检测,结果表明,标准修改后比原标准对机床性能的要求更高,能够更加全面有效地衡量机床的工作精度。
The deficiencies in GB/T 20957 - 2007 which is a national standard of working accuracy test of vertical machining center had been found by studying. A new standard had been proposed. A large number of parts had been ma- chined according to the new standard, and these parts had been measurod. The result proved that the new standard was stricter than GB/T 20957.7 - 2007 standard. The new standard put forward higher requirements on the performance of the machine. The new standard evaluates the performance of machine more comprehensively and effectively.
