摘要
通过分析目前人工检测系统存在的实际问题,采用现有的机电技术和计算机技术,设计改进了数显组件的检测工艺。经过生产验证,该技术操作简单,运行可靠,确实提高了数显组件的质检效率,并在一定程度上增加了检测结果的可信度,具有一定的实际应用价值。
By analyzing the current manual testing equipments and using the latest mechanism -electronic and com- puter technique, a type of testing system for precision - testing of digital modules to improve testing efficiency is designed. The technology can be easily operated and work well instead of manual task. In practice it can highly improve testing effi- ciency. Moreover the testing result is reliable and the system is worthy of being popularized on the precision - testing of digital modules.
