摘要
为实现镍铁合金冶炼渣"零排放",发展循环经济,保护生态环境,节能减排,由中材装备集团有限公司研制,用于山东炜烨新型建材有限公司的国内首条60万吨/年镍渣微粉生产线项目于2013年12月正式投产。目前该系统运行稳定可靠,技术指标完全达到设计要求,产品性能优良,为该公司创造了良好的经济效益,填补了国内辊磨在镍铁冶炼废渣微粉处理领域的空白。
The first domestic 600000 t per year nickel slag powder production line of Shandong New BuildingMaterials Co., Ltd. was put into production in December 2013. The project,developed by Sinoma Technology Equipment Group Co., Ltd., aimed at Ni-Fe alloy smelting slag＂zero discharge＂, developing circular economy,protecting ecological environment, energy saving and emission reduction. Currently this production line runsstably and reliably. Its technical index fully meets the design requirements and the product performance isexcellent. Thus this production line has created good economic benefits and filled the gap of domestic roller millin Nickel iron smelting slag powder processing field.
