彩色多普勒超声在检测糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用

Application of color Doppler ultrasound in the detection of diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在检测糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用价值。方法选取2012年9月-2014年7月在本院就诊的糖尿病患者90例,采用彩色多普勒超声检测患者眼部视网膜中央动脉（CRA）血管的血流动力学改变。结果甲、乙、丙组CRA的D小于对照组,PSV及EDV慢于对照组,RI大于对照组（P〈0.05）;丙组CRA的PSV慢于甲组（P〈0.05）。结论彩色多普勒超声监测糖尿病患者血流动力学的改变,有利于及时发现病情,为糖尿病视网膜病变的预防和治疗提供依据,且该技术具有无创性、可重复性及费用低的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the detection of diabetic retinopathy.Methods 90 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from September 2012 to July 2014 were selected.Blood flow dynamics change of central retinal artery（CRA）in patient was detected by using color Doppler ultrasound. Results D of CRA in group A,group B and group C was less than that in control group respectively,PSV and EDV in group A,group B and group C was slower than that in control group respectively,RI in group A,group B and group C was larger than that in control group（P〈0.05）.PSV of CRA in group C was slower than that in group A（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The monitoring of blood flow dynamics change in diabetic patient by using color Doppler ultrasound is conducive to timely detection of disease,provide a basis for prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy.The technology has the characteristics of non-invasive,reproducible and lower cost.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
