奥美拉唑、伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良的效果观察

Clinical efficacy observation of omeprazole,itopride combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的观察奥美拉唑、伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床效果。方法选择2011年8月-2014年2月在本院消化内科门诊就诊的FD患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,对照组口服奥美拉唑和伊托必利,治疗组口服奥美拉唑、伊托必利和氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,疗程均为4周。对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组消化系症状评分差异无统计学意义（t=1.241,P〉0.05）;治疗后,两组消化系症状评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗组消化系症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=3.496,P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6.783,P〈0.05）。结论奥美拉唑、伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗FD安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of omeprazole,itopride combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with omeprazole and itopride,while patients in treatment group were treated with omeprazole,itopride combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets,the course of treatment was four weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was comparatively analyzed. Results There was no significant difference about digestive symptom scores between the two groups before treatment（t=1.241,P〈0.05）;After treatment,the digestive symptom scores of two groups decreased,the difference was significant compared with before treatment（P 0.05）,and the digestive symptom scores of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant（t =3.496,P 0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.0%,higher than 70.0% of control group,the difference was significant（χ^2=6.783,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of omeprazole,itopride combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia is safe and effective.
