血清甘胆酸测定在急性心肌梗死时对肝脏损伤的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of serum cholyglycine determination on liver damage in acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨血清甘胆酸测定在急性心肌梗死时对肝脏损伤的诊断价值。方法选取本院2012年6月-2013年6月收治的急性心肌梗死患者86例为研究组,选取同期本院健康体检者60例作为对照组,研究组患者给予常规药物治疗心肌梗死,同时采用血栓抽吸导管联合冠状动脉内注射替罗非班完成PCI术。测定对照组及研究组治疗前后的血清甘胆酸浓度。结果研究组治疗前的血清肝胆酸浓度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;研究组治疗后的血清肝胆酸浓度较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;研究组治疗后的血清肝胆酸浓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组治疗后血清肝胆酸浓度异常率为19.77%,明显低于治疗前的53.49%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论测定血清甘胆酸浓度有助于急性心肌梗死时肝损伤的诊断。

Objective To investigate diagnostic value of serum cholyglycine determination on liver damage in acute myocardial infarction. Methods 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected as study group,60 cases of healthy volunteers in our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.The study group were treated with conventional medical treatment,while thrombus aspiration catheter combined with intracoronary injection within tirofiban to complete percutaneous coronary intervention were applied.Cholyglycine was determined in control group and study group before and after therapy. Results Cholyglycine in study group before treatment was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈 0.01）.Cholyglycine in study group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with statistical difference（P 0.01）.Cholyglycine in study group after treatment was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the abnormal rate of cholyglycine concentration in study group was 19.77%,lower than that before treatment（53.49%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Cholyglycine determination can help to diagnose liver injury in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
