医院人力资源测评与考核信息管理系统研发与应用评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨医院人力资源测评与考核信息管理系统的建立方案,评价其应用效果,为提高医院管理效果做出指导。方法本院于2013年6月开始全面推行医院人力资源测评与考核信息管理系统,将应用此系统前(2012年6月-2013年6月)员工作为对照组,应用后(2013年7月-2014年7月)的员工作为观察组。比较两组的人员流失率、事故率、考核合格率、违纪率、被投诉率、缺勤率、工作日常培训率,专技人员比率,人员储蓄率、持证上岗率、满意度、胜任特征测试达标率。结果观察组的人员流失率、事故率、违纪率、被投诉率、缺勤率均明显低于对照组,而人员考核合格率、工作日常培训率,专技人员比率,人员储备率、持证上岗率、满意度、胜任特征测试达标率均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论医院人力资源测评与考核信息管理系统可有效提升医院人力资源管理效果,值得借鉴。 Objective To investigate the establishment scheme of evaluation and assessment information management system of hospital human resource,and to evaluate the application effect of system to make guidance to improve the hospital management effect. Methods Evaluation and assessment information management system of hospital human resource in our hospital was fully implemented since June 2013,staff before applying the syetem(from June 2012 to June2013) were selected as observation group,while staff after applying the syetem(from July 2013 to July 2014) were selected as control group.Turnover rate,accident rate,examination qualified rate,violation rate,complaint rate,absenteeism rate,daily training rate of work of staff,professional and technical personnel ratio,saving rate,documented appointment rate,atisfaction degree,the standard rate of competence test between the two groups were compared. Results Turnover rate,accident rate,violation rate,complaint rate,absenteeism rate of staff in obversation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,while examination qualified rate and daily training rate of work of staff,professional and technical personnel ratio,saving rate,documented appointment rate,atisfaction degree,the standard rate of competence test of staff in obversation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Evaluation of evaluation and assessment information management system of hospital human resource can effectively improve the management effect of human resource in hospital, it is worth reference.
