摘要 目的探讨QCC活动在神经内科健康教育中的应用及意义。方法选取2013年5月-2014年4月QCC活动开展后本院神经内科的80例住院患者作为观察组,选取2012年5月-2013年4月QCC活动开展前本院神经内科的80例住院患者作为对照组,比较两组的健康教育效果。结果观察组的发病原因、疾病症状、治疗护理、用药知识、注意事项、康复知识、饮食作息健康教育知识知晓率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论品管圈活动的实施能够提高神经内科住院患者的健康教育知晓率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application and significance of QCC activities in neurology department health education. Methods 80 inpatients in neurology department of our hospital from May 2013 to April 2014 after QCC activities were selected as the observation group,80 inpatients in neurology department of our hospital from May 2012 to April 2013 before QCC activities were selected as the control group.The health education effect of two groups was compared. Results Etiology,disease symptoms,treatment and care,medication knowledge,precautions,rehabilitation knowledge,diet and rest health education awareness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.01). Conclusion QCC activities can improve health education awareness of inpatients in neurology department,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
