内镜高频电切大肠息肉术后护理干预对策的研究

Research of nursing intervention countermeasure after surgery of colorectal polyps with endoscopic high-frequency electric resection

目的探讨内镜高频电切大肠息肉术后的护理干预对策。方法选取2013年3月-2014年3月本院行内镜高频电切大肠息肉术的62例患者作为对照组,给予常规护理。选取2013年4月-2014年4月本院行内镜高频电切大肠息肉的65例患者作为干预组,针对并发症给予针对性护理干预,比较两组的并发症发生率及护理质量评分。结果观察组的并发症发生率为6.15%,显著低于对照组的24.19%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的服务态度、基础护理质量、护理满意度、用药指导评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对性护理干预在内镜高频电切大肠息肉术后的效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,提高护理质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the research of nursing intervention countermeasure after surgery of colorectal polyps with endoscopic high-frequency electric resection. Methods 62 cases with colorectal polyps underwent endoscopic high-frequency electric resection were selected as the control group,and given routine nursing.65 cases with colorectal polyps underwent endoscopic high-frequency electric resection were selected as the intervention group,and given targeted nursing intervention according to complication.The incidence of complication and the score of nursing quality in two groups was compared respectively. Results The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was 6.15%,which was lower than 24.19% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of service attitude,basic nursing quality,nursing satisfaction degree,medication guidance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing intervention after surgery of colorectal polyps with endoscopic high-frequency electric resection is significant,which can reduce the incidence rate of complication,improve nursing quality,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
