中国边疆省份与周边国家征信合作探析——以云南省为例

Probing into Credit Cooperation of China's Frontier Provinces with Neighboring Countries——A Case Study of Yunnan Province

中国—东盟自贸区的全面启动,使位于中国—东南亚两大区域经济往来交汇地带的云南一跃成为该区域经济合作的活跃带。但服务于各类经贸、投融资合作的征信数据、评级信息共享仍处空白,跨境经贸及金融合作面临征信建设瓶颈的制约。立足云南区域战略地位,探讨与周边国家开展征信合作的必要性、可行性及难点,提出跨境征信合作的可选路径及建议。

With the full start-up of China—ASEAN Free Trade Area,Yunnan which is located in the economic exchange region between China and Southeast Asian has become an active zone for regional economic cooperation. But credit reference data and rating information sharing which serve all types of trade,investment and financing cooperation are in blank yet; cross-border trade and financial cooperation face the bottleneck constraint of credit reference construction. Based on the regional strategic position of Yunnan,this paper probes into the necessity,feasibility and difficulties of carrying out credit reference cooperation with neighboring countries,and puts forward the optional path and suggestions for cross-border credit reference cooperation.
