摘要 文章首先结合机械制造学科的发展提出实验是推动科学发展的重要手段。以及与交大联合办学,帮助搞科研的经验。分析了培养卓越工程技术人才能力要素及方法。讨论了实验室是创新的基地及应注意的问题。最后详细分析了中美两国大学的差异,介绍了美国大学培养人才的办学经验。 In this interview, combined with the subject development of mechanical manufacturing, Prof. NI Jun pointed out that the experiment is an important mean for impetus scientific progress. After he talked about the experience of running the Mechigan School jointly and to do research with SJTU, he analyzed the competence factors which the outstanding engineering talents must possess, and the cultivation method. Meanwhile he elaborated that the laboratory is the innovation base, and some problems should be paid attention. At last he detailed the comparative discrepancy of China and US Universities, and introduced the experience of training talents in American universities.
