摘要
基于某地区20 k V配电网运行参数,结合该地区电网发展规划,采用PSCAD软件建立相应仿真实验模型。重点研究采用小电阻接地和消弧线圈接地两种不同中性点接地方式下配电网发生单相接地故障时的关键节点电气数据,通过分析实验结果得到其对相关设备和继电保护的影响。为实际电网中性点采用两种接地方式短时切换的可行性提供理论依据。
This paper uses PSCAD software to establish the corresponding simulation model based on a regional 20 kV distribution network operating parameters and the regiong power grid development plan. This paper highlights electrical data in key nodes when low resistance grounding system and arc suppression coil grounding system occur and lead to single-phase ground fault. This paper also analyzes the impact of related equipment and relay protection, and provide the theoretical basis of short-term switching grounding mode.
