摘要
对首批国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心和部分开展了虚拟仿真实验教学的高校进行调查研究,分析了虚拟仿真实验教学资源开放共享的意义和目前各高校虚拟仿真实验教学资源开放共享的现状,指出了存在的问题和困难;以推进虚拟仿真实验教学资源开放共享为目的,研究、提出了顶层、政策、应用三层平台组织架构的管理体制和以保障机制、评价机制、激励机制、交流协作机制为主体的运行机制,并对后续研究工作进行了展望。
This paper is based on investigation of the first batch of national virtual simulation experiment teaching centers and part of the universities and colleges which have began virtual simulation experiment teaching, analyzing the significance of the opening and sharing of the teaching resource as well as problems and difficulties which still exist. The authors propose three-platform managing system (top platform, policy platform and application platform) and operating mechanism (guarantee mechanism, evaluation mechanism, motivation mechanism and communication and coordination mechanism). Finally, the future research work is forecasted.
