电子陶瓷材料专业人才培养体系的构建与实践 被引量:1

摘要 电子陶瓷材料是电子信息工业的基石,作为交叉学科在材料科学与电子信息工程领域中占有极为重要的地位。由于我国高等工科教育长期固守传统材料学科架构,缺乏对电子陶瓷材料教学体系的有效建设。为此,基于地方高校电子信息材料教学与科研平台,从完善本科生与研究生两级课程教学环节、设计与运行多媒体互动教学网络、依托科研课题实施本科生导师制和围绕地区产业发展培养研究生创新能力,尝试全方位构建电子陶瓷材料专业人才培养体系。实践表明,该培养体系在提升不同层次学生实践创新能力,培养高端电子陶瓷材料人才方面成效显著,并有望进一步在相关学科中进行推广。 Electroceramic is the cornerstone of the electronic information industry. As an interdisciplinary major, it occupies a very important position in the fields of materials science and electronic engineering. In China, due to the hmg stick to the traditional architecture of materials science, it lacks the effective construction of teaching system for electroceramic major. Based on the teaching and research plattorm of electronic information material in local university, professional training system of electroceramic major has been constructed gradually lrom the following four parts: improving undergraduate and graduate course teaching plan, designing and operating interactive muhimedia teaching network, carrying out the undergraduate tutorial system according to scientific research foundation, and promoting the postgraduate innovation ability centered on the regional industrial development. Practice shows that the training system is effective in enhancing the active practice ability of students and cuhivating high-end talents in electroceramics, aml the training mode is expected to further extend to other related majors.
