摘要
随着全国高校招生规模的逐步扩大,大学生的就业形势日趋严峻,就业压力逐年增大。以大学生的全面发展和综合素质的提升为目的的职业发展教育也越来越受到社会、学校的重视,论文就微格实训在职业发展教育中的作用进行了探索,结果发现:微格实训效果在学生的职业发展教育中具有不均衡性的特点;不同的因素对职业发展教育微格实训的不同方面存在着不同的影响;职业发展教育微格实训效果可以与有关因素之间建立一个比较理想的回归模型。
With the national college enrollment scale expanding, the employment situation of college students has become increasingly serious, and employment pressure is increasing year by year. Career development education, for the purpose of the all-round development of college students and the improvement of comprehensive quality, is becoming more and more to bring the attention of the society and school. This paper explored microteaching training effect in the career development education. It was discovered that microteaching experimental training effect in students' career development education is imbalance. Different factors on the career development education are different effects of different aspects. Microteaching experimental training effect of career development education and the relevant factors will move to establish an ideal regression model.
