文科综合实验教学中心按照创新型人才培养要求,结合我校广播电视新闻专业发展现状和水平,实现理论型向应用型人才培养模式的转变,实验教学改革内容涵盖教育环境、课程体系、课程内容、教学手段、课内外联动、学生发展、实习基地建设等多方面,全面推进广播电视新闻专业创新实践型精英人才教育培养的实施,培养了学生的学习兴趣和创新学习能力,提高了广播电视实验教学效果和教学质量,进而提升了学生的就业竞争力从根本上改变了"一张纸、一支笔、一杯茶"的传统人才培养模式。

With the supports of National Level Comprehensive Social Science Experimental Teaching Centers of Dalian University of Technology and Radio and Television Journalism, by relying on the transitional demands of new cultivating mode from theoretical into practical, and centered of innovative spirit and practical ability, we have formed the latest teaching method which combined high quality resource, teaching research and joint cultivation of university and society. This method includes many aspects, such as educational conditions, curriculum system, educational process, interaction of class time and spear time, development of students, construction of practice base and so on. Therefore, it boosts the implement of cultivating of the innovative and practical talents who are majored in mass communication. Therefore, this reform of cultivating the innovative and practical talents can be put into further force, and it also increases their competitiveness when they are going to take up an occupation in professional life. And the traditional teaching method that ＂One paper, One pen and One cup of tea＂ has been thoroughly changed, the reform has caused great influence in the domestic and overseas.
