加强校外实习基地管理 提高学生满意度

Strengthening Management of the Off-campus Practice Bases and Improving the Student Satisfaction

结合公共管理类校外实习基地管理的特点,以华南农业大学公共管理学院为实证,构建公共管理类校外实习基地管理学生满意度评价指标体系,利用问卷调查所得的客观数据,应用模糊综合评价方法进行了具体的评价。从实证评价中发现,双重导师制度、巡访制度、实习情况汇报制度、实习生考核制度的学生满意度结果都为一般,对此提出了改善公共管理类校外实习基地管理的对策建议。

Taking College of Public Management in South China Agricultural University as a case, an student satisfaction evaluation index system for the management of off-campus practice bases was built by combining with the management features. Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to do the evaluation based on the objective data gathered by questionnaires. The result showed that students were not fully satisfied with the duo-tutorial system, the patrol system, the intern reporting and the assessment system. So suggestions were given out to improve the management of the practice bases at last.
