降低高校实验耗材损耗的一些措施

Measures for Reducing the Loss of Experimental Consumables in Universities

实验耗材是高校开设实验课程必须支付的一笔不小的经费,在保证实验教学顺利开展的前提下,减少实验耗材损耗已成为实验管理部门急需探讨的课题之一。本文介绍了高校实验教学中降低实验耗材损耗的一些措施,同时根据多年的实验教学经验,设计和实施了一种能降低实验耗材特别是可重复利用实验耗材损耗的方法—即学生交付押金的精细化管理方法,使实验耗材的损耗得到降低,缓解了实验经费紧张的压力。

Experimental consumables in experimental courses of universities have been costed a large amount of money for each semester. With the prerequisite of experiments running smoothly, decreasing experimental consumable loss becomes one of the hot points for administration departments. Several approaches are introduced to decrease losses of experimental consumables in this paper, and an effective measure called deposit management is developed during our experimental teaching for decreasing losses of reusable experimental consumables. The method mainly is that students pay deposits for management of reusable consumables they used in the period of an experimental course, and will retund the deposits to them when the experimental course is over. This approach remarkably extended the lifetime of reusable consumables and reduced experimental expenses in certain degree, therefore partially relieved the shortage tension of experimental outlay.
