摘要
为了进一步提高大型仪器设备的使用效率和管理水平,国内高校大多已构建大型仪器设备信息化共享管理系统。总结分析了近年来国内高校大型仪器设备共享管理系统在信息化建设中的发展特征,阐述了大型仪器共享管理系统从静态数据库到动态系统、功能逐渐拓展、共享协作性进一步加强的发展历程。同时,介绍了浙江大学在大型仪器共享管理系统建设中实施的一系列开放共享的网络功能建设及配套制度建设的做法。实践表明这些具体的措施有效推进了大型仪器的开放共享,提高了大型仪器的使用效率。
Valuable instruments are important material foundation of high level teaching and scientific research in universities. In order to improve the utility efficiency and management capacity, open-sharing management systems of valuable instruments have been constructed in many universities in past few years. This paper summarizes the development characteristics of open-sharing management systems, such as transition from static databases to dynamic systems, function expanding and collaboration enhancing. It also summarizes some new measures of open-sharing network and supporting systems for valuable instruments in Zhejiang University. The practice shows that they effectively improve the open-sharing level and utility efficiency of valuable instruments.
