Innovative Strategy of Building Resource-sharing Supporting Platform for Large Equipments

为了更好地实现高校大型仪器设备的规范化管理,促进仪器设备的高效利用和资源共享,从宏观调控、实验队伍建设、奖励机制、特色技术创新、共享平台搭建和协同联合等方面,探索了大型设备资源共享的新战略和新思路。创新策略的提出为实现大型仪器设备资源共享支撑平台的高效、良性和可持续运行提供了必要的理论支撑。

To realize the standardized management of large-scale instrument and equipment, and to promote the efficient utilization and resource sharing, this paper explores the new strategy and new ideas of the resource sharing, from the perspective of macro-control, team construction, reward mechanism, characteristics of technological innovation, sharing platform construction and collaborative joint, etc. The proposed innovative strategy provides the necessary theoretical support for highly efficient, benign and sustainable operation of the large instrument and equipment resource-sharlng supporting platform.
