需求侧资源促进可再生能源消纳贡献度综合评价体系 被引量:28

摘要 通过需求侧资源促进可再生能源并网消纳,能够降低系统对燃煤备用机组和输电线路扩容的需求,具有显著的经济、环保效益。考虑到系统动力学系统性、动态性的特点,构建了基于系统动力学的需求侧资源贡献度的综合评价体系。首先,分析了需求侧资源促进可再生能源并网消纳的驱动关系;然后,构建了需求侧资源促进可再生能源并网消纳贡献度的测算栈流图,具体包括分布式发电优化负荷预测测算环节、提高供电可靠性测算环节、发电组合经济性测算环节、可再生能源消纳因子构建环节、可再生能源消纳贡献度测算环节;最后,提出了需求侧资源促进可再生能源并网消纳贡献度综合评价体系建设工作建议。 It has significant economic and environmental benefits to promote the renewable energy source integration by the demand-side resources,which reduces the requirements for coal-fired unit reservation and transmission line expansion. Based on the systematic and dynamic nature of system dynamics,a comprehensive evaluation system of contribution degree of demand-side resource is built. The driving effect of demand-side resource on the renewable energy source integration is analyzed;the stack flow diagram for evaluating the contribution degree of demand-side resource to the renewable energy source integration is built,including the estimation of distributed generation optimal load prediction,the estimation of power supply reliability enhancement,the estimation of generation integration economy,the construction of renewable energy source integration factors,and the contribution degree evaluation of renewable energy integration;suggestions are proposed for the establishment of comprehensive contribution degree evaluation system.
