Silver-Catalyzed Tandem Radical Cyclization for the Synthesis of 3,3'-Disubstituted Oxindoles

摘要 发展了一种通过银催化氧化环丙醇开环对N-芳基丙烯酰胺的双键的双官能团化合成3,3'-双取代氧化吲哚的新方法,这个反应经历了环丙醇的自由基氧化开环和碳氢官能团化串联环化过程,条件温和,官能团兼容性好. A new silver-catalyzed oxidative ring opening of cyclopropanols to functionalize alkenes of N-arylacrylamides leading to 3,3'-disubstituted oxindoles has been developed. This reaction is proposed to proceed through oxidative radical ring-opening and C—H functionalization cascade process under the mild reaction conditions with good functional groups tolerance.
