摘要 制定了快速测定氯化物三价铬镀铬液中三价铬的方法。在酸性条件下EDTA与三价铬生成稳定的紫色配合物,以水为参比液在波长540nm处用分光光度法测定三价铬。镀液中的配位剂、润湿剂、导电盐和Fe3+对测定没有影响。本法快速而准确,优于传统方法。 A method for rapid determination of trivalent chromium in the chloride type trivalent chromium plating bath was established.EDTA can react with trivalent chromium to form stable violet coordination compound under weak acidic condition,thereby,the trivalent chromium mass concentration was determined selecting water as the reference solution at wavelength 540 nm by means of spectrophotometry. Results showed that the complexing agent, wetting agent,conducting salt and iron ions contained in the plating bath have no influence on the determination of trivalent chromium.Compared with conventional method,this method was faster and accurater.
