摘要
首先利用非径向、非角度的SBM-DEA模型测度了中国30个省份2000—2012年的低碳经济发展水平,并通过Dagum基尼系数分解和Kernel密度函数估计方法对中国低碳经济发展的空间非均衡程度及其演进趋势进行分析。结果显示:Dagum基尼系数分解表明,中国的低碳经济发展存在着显著的空间非均衡;区域间空间非均衡和超变密度目前仍是中国低碳经济发展空间非均衡的主要来源;Kernel密度函数曲线表明中国低碳经济发展的空间非均衡程度呈扩大之势,且已经出现了两极化现象。
In this paper,we use non-radial,non-angle SBM-DEA model measuring Chinese provinces' development level of low carbon economy or 30 provinces in China covering the years from 2000 to 2012.And then we use the approach of the decomposition of the Gini and Kernel density function estimation to analysis its spatial disequilibrium and dynamic evolution.The results show that:first,the development of low carbon economy in China has significant spatial disequilibrium,and this spatial disequilibrium are increasing year by year in our study period;second,the regional disequilibrium and intensity of tansvariation are the main source of the hole spatial disequilibrium;third,Kernel density function curve show that the degrees of spatial disequilibrium development of China's low-carbon are increasing and also have been appeared two polarization phenomenon.
