高新技术企业治理结构对公司绩效的影响——以西安市高新技术企业为例

A Research on Mutual Relationship of High-tech Enterprises' Governance Structure and Company's Performance:Taking Xi'an High-tech Enterprises as a Sample

以西安市高新技术企业为样本,运用因子分析法和多元回归模型实证分析了高新技术企业治理结构对公司绩效的影响。结果显示:董事会结构因子与企业绩效显著正相关,董事会活动因子与企业绩效显著负相关,董事长与总经理两职合一因子与企业绩效显著正相关,股权结构因子和管理层激励因子没有通过显著性检验,这些影响表明高新技术企业治理结构有待改善。

In this paper,taking Xi＇an high-tech enterprises as a sample,using factor analysis and multiple regression models to study the impact of the governance structure on the company＇s performance in high-tech enterprises.This article empirical analysis shows that the board of directors and corporate＇s performance were significantly positive correlation,the board activities and corporate＇s performance were significantly negative correlation,two hats-one factor was positively related to corporate＇s performance,ownership structure and management incentive failed to pass the test of significance,which indicates highnew technology enterprise governance structure to being improved.
