基于相关性和DEA的西部地区教育资源投入配置的评价与优化研究——以甘肃省为例

Evaluation and optimization of input configurations based on the correlation of educational resources in the western region and DEA——Gansu Province as an example

对于西部地区特别是经济欠发达省份的教育投入,一些学者普遍认为总量不足,呼吁持续增加,但对于经费使用效益和投资方向正确性判定的研究却明显不足。因此,本文运用相关性分析和DEA方法对西部地区(以甘肃省为例)教育资源投入配置效益进行客观评价,并将评价结果作为具体依据,提出优化教育资源投入配置的合理建议。

For the western region,especially the underdeveloped provinces of investment in education,some scholars generally believe that the total lack of calls continued to increase,but the study the effectiveness and correctness of the determination of the direction of investment funds is obviously inadequate.Therefore,this article using correlation analysis and DEA in the Western Region（Gansu Province）educational resources allocation efficiency investment objective evaluation,and the evaluation results as a specific basis,propose reasonable suggestions to optimize educational resources into the configuration.
